Bespoke green poppy brooch!

A recent customer requested the commission below after an unsuccessful search for a green poppy brooch she decided to have one custom made. The photos below show a quick overview of the stages we went through to create this unique brooch.
Using silver wire the initial poppy shape was created using a photograph for direction, the wire outline and round centre was then soldered onto a silver sheet. Once soldered the poppy was cut out, cleaned up with the brooch pin attached to the back then sent away to be filled with a beautiful emerald green & black enamel.
